2011 Exclusive Rental Rates

5th Jan - 30th April€800 per week
1st May - 30th June€950 per week
1st July - 30th Aug€1600 per week
1st Sept - 30th Oct€950 per week
1st Nov - 20th Dec€800 per week

Lassale is a private home, and presented in excellent condition.  Terms and conditions of rental, including deposits, payment terms and house amenities will be forwarded upon request.

In addition to the costs above, all guests staying at Lassale over the age of 18 years are required to pay Euro 1.00 tourist tax up to 1 April 2011, and Euro 1.10 tourist tax per person per night after 1 April 2011.

If your exclusive rental of the house is at a time when central heating is required, then your rental will be subject to a supplementary charge for fuel used (oil, electricity and wood) – we would be pleased to estimate this for you depending on your requirements.

The prices shown are for a total of up to 8 people maximum (including any children/babies) sharing the house.

The house is offered for exclusive rental as a 4 bedroom unit only. The Garden Room remains in the possession of the proprietor during any exclusive rental and may be on site during your stay.
